Our cloud systems are housed in private racks within the Centro Datacentre in the UK. The Centro Datacentre features world class resilient infrastructure including multiple levels of 24/7 security, stable high-capacity power supplies, fire protection and environmental controls. 

The network is fully redundant and has been built using the latest Juniper routing hardware along with Cisco and HP switching equipment. Utilising VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) on routers and using rSTP (Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol) on all switches, which along with duplicating all core infrastructure provides hitless failover in case of a hardware failure to ensure world-class uptimes.

We take the hosting of your systems seriously and understand that if you want to provide reliable and stable cloud hosting, you need to use top quality hardware. That's why our services use high performing Dell rack mounted web servers, Dell are a proven provider of reliable server grade hardware.

All the equipment is actively monitored to ensure our services run at optimum performance, the monitoring service checks the servers every minute of the day, 24/7. In the event of a service outage a technical support team member is paged enabling the problem to be resolved as quickly as possible.

Ensuring your cloud systems are available and online is our top priority which is why hardware RAID disk mirroring is used on all web servers providing data redundancy. In the event of a hard drive failure no data is lost and your system remains online, this prevents hours of potential downtime.

To maintain the smooth running of your systems, the server's software is updated as and when updates and patches become available, unlike Windows servers our Linux servers don't require reboots each time to provide you with maximum uptime cloud hosting.
